Where it all began

Asia Farm Animal Day (AFAD), celebrated annually on October 10, is a day dedicated to raising awareness about the protection of farmed animals across Asia. AFAD highlights the efforts of advocates and organizations working to improve the welfare of farmed animals in the region and encourages the public to learn about and support these important initiatives.

I wanted to let the organizing team know that you are all so amazing. It is not easy to put this event together and I am so impressed and inspired! I made so many valuable connections, and my heart felt full to see so many Asian advocates in one place working together. I hope we can have more events like this - I definitely want to join again. Thank you for all the amazing work you do to support and connect others so we can do better for the animals.
